Step one:Meet with the Membership Coordinator. You will need to complete the Membership Application. You will also need to complete the important Orientation Information Form. You and your broker must sign both forms. If you have just passed your licensing exam and have not been assigned a license, you must provide a copy of your “Pass Sheet.” Otherwise, you must provide a copy of your license.
At this time, you will be assigned an MLS ID and a temporary password for accessing the MLS.
Step two:
Your next step will be with the Accounting Department. All fees and dues must be paid at the time of application. Check and credit cards are the only acceptable forms of payment.
Step three:
You will meet with the Keycard Coordinator to receive your keycard (a device that allows access to the common lockbox system utilized by GNIAR members). You may have a PDA/smartphone device which can be set up to access the lockbox system at this time in lieu of the keycard.
