REALTORS® in the Community
REALTORS® do more than open the front door! Check out these offices that are making an impact by serving the community!
Today's GNIAR spotlight is on Jessica Kish. She has been helping people all over the Region make it through these tough times.
Tradewinds and St. Jude House are organizations close to Jessica's heart. When Tradewinds was in need of cleaning supplies, she used her expert Internet skills to find & ship them as much as she could. When she found out Tradewinds was putting their sewing shop back to work, she didn't hesitate to buy them all lunch. Jessica has sent supplies over to St Jude House as well as buying all of the residents lunch and even help host a Facebook live charity event! Over the last six weeks, there has been a big spike in domestic violence. This was a good reminder for her about how important it is to support such a wonderful organization.
This isn't all Jessica has done in the community. She's participated in random acts of kindness by sending gift cards to peers, she "adopted a nurse" to help feed healthcare workers, bought up loads of hand sanitizer to donate and the list goes on and on!
We aren't the only ones who have noticed Jessica's work in the community! Featured in NAR's REALTOR® Magazine is our very own, Jessica Kish. Read more about how Jessica & other REALTORS® around the country are helping the communities around them.

Our members mean everything to us. We would like to take the time to highlight members who are doing great things in our communities, especially during this pandemic. Today GNIAR would like to shine a spotlight on Saso Joveski.
Saso, along with his wife Pamela, has been working with local food banks, Community Love, and social workers to give to people in need directly. Signs were made and sold to raise money. So far, $1,200 has been raised. The money is being used to help to pay utilities bills, water, cell phone, etc. A number of people have also donated diapers, food, and other essentials. The partnership with Community Love has been able to help even more people directly. Community Love has a food bank out of Cafe Fresco and are able to give to the people in need freely.
You can learn more about the work that is being done on the pages, Always Do Good and Ladies 219. Always Do Good started the page with the idea of sharing positive messages in the midst of all the negativity and wanting to take action on it as well. Don't be afraid to reach out to see how you can help!
